Associated as a promoter since the inception of Rightways Air Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Mr Rajendra Patil has been the company's backbone. With his zest towards life and brilliant managing skills, he has always guided the team with his vision. He has worked in the cargo sector for more than two decades and has an awe-inspiring history of being pivotal in the boundless growth of various enterprises. Rightways is forever indebted to his contribution to the company and looks up to him for providing a strategic direction whenever needed.

Mr. Bharat Warke

Executive Director

Mr Warke joined the Rightways family in 2011 as the Operations Manager, but given his unmatchable 14-year experience in the industry, he was promoted as the Executive Director in the year 2014. His strong leadership skills have helped the company achieve notable milestones and gain the trust of both the clients and the suppliers. A quick thinker and a master operations strategist, Mr Bharat, continues to be an integral part of Rightways. We are humbled by the presence of such a dynamic personality among us and truly cherish our tremendous growth under his management.

A young, qualified Chartered Accountant, Mr Mayur Patil, onboard Rightways journey three years back, bringing in a fresh perspective for the company's management. Having assisted in the company-wide budgetary planning, he is on a constant lookout for cost-efficient solutions with a primary focus on the customers. Because of his consistent efforts, Rightways can easily take on new challenges and quickly adapt to the dynamic market trends. By making the operations more organised, Mr Patil's absolute focus lies on Process Improvement Techniques.
